Types of consultations:
★ General consultations and information ★
One-stop consultations are available in person or over the phone to provide information and to introduce relevant organizations to foreign residents. Consultations can be on topics such as immigration procedures, employment, medical care, welfare, childbirth, childcare and children’s education.
○Schedule
Weekdays 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding December 29th – January 3rd)
○Languages
English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Nepali, Tagalog, Malay, Burmese, Khmer, Mongolian, Sinhalese, Hindi and Bengali.
*Consultations can be provided in English, Chinese or Korean. An interpretation service will be used for other languages by phone or using a tablet.

★ Legal Advice for Foreign Residents（appointment necessary） ★
We provide legal advice and information with the Fukuoka Prefecture Bar Association to foreign residents who are in vulnerable positions due to local differences in law, customs and culture.
○Schedule
The first Saturday of every month                10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
The third Wednesday of every month            1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
○Languages
We will arrange for an interpreter if needed.

★ Consultations on immigration, residence and nationality ★
We provide foreign residents with accurate information and advice on essential administrative procedures such as residential status or residence registration in collaboration with the Fukuoka Prefecture Gyoseishoshi Lawyers Association.
○Schedule
The second Sunday of every month                          1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.*
*Reception closes at 3:30 p.m.
○Languages
English and Chinese (we can arrange for an interpreter if needed for other languages)

★ Counseling (appointment necessary)  ★
A clinical psychotherapist can help foreign residents who are experiencing mental stress due to language barriers or the difference in living environment.

Tuesdays                            9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Thursdays                          9:00 a.m. – 12:45 a.m.

因法律、习惯及文化的差异，外国人士在解决纷争时往往处于弱势，为此我们联手福冈县律师会，为外国人士提供法律相关的建议和信息。
○受理时间
　每个月第1个周六　10：30～13：30
　每个月第3个周三  13：00～16：00　
○可应对的语言
将根据需要安排翻译。　

★关于入国、在留资格、国籍的咨询★
针对外国人士在住时必不可少的在留资格和住民登记等行政手续，我们联手福冈县行政书士会，为外国人士提供正确的信息和建议。
○受理时间
　每个月第2个周日 13：00～16：00
　※受理截止时间：15：30
○可应对的语言
　英语、中文　※其他语言将根据需要安排翻译。

★心理咨询（要预约）★
由临床心理学家为因语言问题或生活环境差异而产生心理问题的外国人士提供心理咨询。

★입국・재류・국적에 관한 상담★
