From May 8 to 10, 2025, RAMEN TECH made its debut at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025, one of Asia’s largest global tech conferences, held at Tokyo Big Sight and organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government!
*RAMEN TECH is an event that brings together startup professionals from around the world to drive innovation, spark new business opportunities for domestic and international startups, and accelerate global expansion through the intersection of ecosystems and networks.
Our eye-catching booth, inspired by a traditional ramen food stall, drew significant attention from attendees - boosting awareness of RAMEN TECH and opening doors to valuable business opportunities.
Mayor Takashima visited our booth and engaged with various Fukuoka-based startups, learning about their businesses and offering enthusiastic encouragement!
On May 8, Mr. Ikeda, Executive Director of Fukuoka Growth Next, participated in the session titled "Pioneering Japan’s Startup Ecosystem Through All-Japan Collaboration."
Alongside representatives from the startup ecosystems of Osaka and Aichi, he explored the potential for regional collaboration, emphasizing Fukuoka’s unique advantages, including its proximity to Asia.
On May 9, Fukuoka City representatives participated in two sessions at the All Japan Ecosystem Area.
Ryo Osera, CEO of yugyo inc., which operates Colive Fukuoka, and Shun Ono from Global Business Support (Fukuoka City), among others, took the stage.

Over the past decade, it has led the way as Japan’s premier startup city, cultivating a vibrant global community. The speakers shared their unique perspectives, passionately discussing not only the city’s thriving business environment but also its appeal as a place to live and its strong community connections.
