The Fukuoka Method is the safe and sustainable landfill technology developed jointly by Fukuoka City and Fukuoka University. It has been adopted around the world in order to facilitate landfill site improvements, thereby contributing to solving urban waste issues and promoting decarbonization.
FMGN will hold its first online seminar in fiscal 2026, with the program to learn about leachate management systems developed by applying the Fukuoka Method.
