Telephone Interpretation Service

Telephone interpretation services* are available at Fukuoka City ward offices and municipal service counters.
You can use the telephone interpretation services:
(1) when you go to an inquiry counter. （829kbyte）
(2) when you call an inquiry counter.
    *You can have a three-way call with Fukuoka City and an interpreter.
    *The interpretation service is free of charge. Your network call rates will apply.

You can use the telephone interpretation service for the following:

1. Ward Offices)

Consultation topics:

Receive advice on topics regarding procedures at ward offices, such as residence records, taxes, National Health Insurance or garbage, etc.

In-person consultations at counters:)

Telephone interpretation is available at every counter of ward offices.
Multilingual support is also available at Citizens Advice Room.

There is a dedicated multilingual support line.
Your phone call will be connected to an interpretation center and then to the ward office.

･Troubles regarding purchased goods or service contracts
･Product accidents
⚠ The center cannot provide consultations on labor related issues or on trading troubles between individuals such as at flea markets.

Children's Plazas are a play facilities for parents with infants and toddlers to use at any time.
You can socialize with other parents and children, and you can also ask for advice on childcare.
