インターンシップ

Comments from a Participant of the 2016 Internship Program (who was employed by the host company of the program)
I had a stereotypical image of Japanese companies, where hierarchical relationships were clear cut, and the working atmosphere was strict. But my image changed after my internship experience. The atmosphere at the company was good, and the president and senior staff kindly taught me how to do my job. I had not been confident with my Japanese ability, but through the program, my Japanese skills improved.

●This deregulation has been made a reality thanks to proposals from Fukuoka City!
International students are eligible to extend their stay in Japan for up to one year if they want to get a job after their graduation. However, it can be difficult to find a job within one year because it is challenging to conform to the unique Japanese job hunting environment.
